What we are working on

Six complementary and mutually reinforcing work streams

Each stream contributes a different piece: awareness, training, internal leadership, research, evidence from industry, and cybersecurity practice. Together they cover the full cycle of responsible AI adoption.

  • L1

    Awareness

    Initial awareness building (Step 0)

We build awareness of the responsible, ethical and safe use of AI among people, teams and organisations.

    • Responsible AI, ethics and regulatory compliance content.
    • Campaigns and materials accessible to non-specialist audiences.
    • A shared starting point for every other work stream.
  • L2

    Learning Path

    Training professionals in AI Security

We train professionals with specialised AI security capabilities.

    • Progressive learning tracks: introductory, intermediate and advanced.
    • Partnerships with academic and training institutions.
    • Certification and professional recognition in AI Security.
  • L3

    AI Security Champion

    • Reports, whitepapers and articles with international reach.
    • Collaboration with research centres and regulators.
  • L5

    Social studies

AI adoption and governance in companies

We study how Chilean companies are actually adopting and governing AI.

    • Surveys and studies on the state of AI security and governance in Chilean companies.
    • Identification of gaps, barriers and opportunities.
    • Annual benchmark reports for the business and public ecosystem.

The value we create

What the Commission brings to CCHIA and the ecosystem

  • We occupy a critical, emerging space

AI security and AI governance are critical disciplines that no other space within CCHIA addresses systematically.

  • We produce concrete, transferable outputs

Research, reports, training programmes and adoption studies that enrich the value CCHIA and the wider ecosystem offer.

  • We raise institutional standing

High-level research positions CCHIA as an academic and technical reference across the Ibero-American region.

  • We support member organisations

The AI Security Champion programme and the adoption studies give member companies and institutions tools they can apply directly.

  • We project Chile regionally

We drive national and international partnerships that establish Chile as a regional reference in safe and responsible AI.
